 Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Everyone,

I just wanted to give you all a quick update since we are all in quarantine. I hope you've all recieved your shirts and are enjoying them. Personally, I've been wearing the same shirt every day while quarantined in a cabin with my girlfriend in northern Minnesota; someone, please save me, she dances weirdly, forces me to laugh at her jokes, and talks to her cat like it's a person. Moving on, here are a few things I'd like to update you all on:

Do you want more shirts for the same price as you paid on Kickstarter?

I know some people are worried about their ability to stay hygienic during this coronavirus experience, especially if you're quarantined and not allowed to leave your homes. As you know, the copper helps keep you cleaner and safer in public. I'm not worried about coming home with the virus on my clothes, and I don't have to worry about my hygiene in case I'm not able to do laundry or if I don't have detergent.

Should we release the underwear now?

We have completed working on and improving the design and material of our underwear and they are ready to be released, but we aren't sure if you all would want/need it now. They would've been the best underwear to wear during these time when we are all home for days/weeks and not have to change our clothes all the time. So, we are considering releasing the underwear next week so we can get them out to you all ASAP. I know my underwear hasn't been getting changed as much these days, and I'm sure some of you know what I mean.

Good Evening Everyone,

Some of you have asked about ordering more shirts, so I just wanted to send out an update with a code so you can order more shirts if you'd like to get them. This code will bring the price down to almost the same as it was on Kickstarter, and even though I can only do this once, I hope everyone that wants another shirt can get one.

Sadly, we're almost out of shirts, so if what you're looking for isn't available, don't worry, I'll have more coming soon.

Moving on, here are the release schedule for the rest of the year:

• February | Underwear/Long Socks
• March | Hats with built-in features that I can't mention just yet

• September | Sweat pants/shorts & Yoga pants

I have more in the works that I have already developed, but those are the four that I have planned so far.

Good afternoon Olympians,

I just wanted to give you guys an update on how to take care of your new shirts since most of you have probably received yours already. 

Here's the summary:

• You can machine wash it
• It's not recommended that you machine dry it because the material is very absorbent and most dryers will over dry it and mess up the fabric. So it's best to hang dry it. 
• Don't EVER EVER EVER (I use 3 for emphasis) use fabric softeners, that will mess up the fabric. Fabric softeners will leave a weird stain on the shirt that you will never be able to get off. 
• Don't soak the shirt either
• Do try to wash it with the appropriate colors
• Don't let cats touch the shirt
• Don't let cats look at the shirts
• Don't even have cats at all, dogs are better (my girlfriend gets these updates and loves cats).
• I’m joking, cats are wonderful, especially when they’re fluffy.

What now? 

• We're releasing the underwear next month, so look out for that update with the underwear Kickstarter link.
• What other products would you guys like to see? So far I've heard Polo shirts and underwear.

Wow, we finally shipped the shirts, hallelujah!

Let's be honest; I know we all doubted if these shirts will ever see the light of day. After a few weeks and a few higher than planned costs (fast shipping, tariffs, etc.), I was starting to lose hope myself. Thankfully, the money we raised was just enough to cover all the costs with maybe $2k extra, and so we were able to deliver everyone's shirt. As you know, I don't do this for profit, I do it to share cool stuff with you all, so I'm excited for you to have your shirts.

Moving on, we have a few key things to go over in this update, so bear with me:

1) You're all beautiful: Thank you all for your patience, support, and trust. 

2) The shirts are a bit darker than in the picture: When we did the final bulk order, we worried the shirt would be too thin (if you look at the pictures, you get a super clear outline of my chest) so we made it a bit thicker so you can wear the shirt in both warm and cold climates without an issue. Since we had over 400 backers, we also added a bit more copper to it; that way, it'll clean itself faster. 

3) You should get an email a shipment confirmation soon: I am excited that we were able to ship 90% of the shirts already, so you should've received an email from Backerkit. The other 10% will be mailed out tomorrow at the latest. 

4) I am expecting that we messed up someone's order, so if your order isn't correct, please email me directly: [email protected]

5) If you don't get tracking numbers by Friday, please let me know

6) If you're not happy, please let me know

7) If you're having a great day, please let me know

8) If you think cats are better than dogs, please let me know

P.s. The underwear is done being designed, and so we will release those very soon. I wanted to make sure it was the most comfortable thing next to going commando, and that's what we've achieved. So when you're traveling with these bad boys on, you'll feel like you're not wearing anything.
